I don't know if it's the insurance company's fault or this app developer's fault but this app fails to do it's sole purpose, open secure web files. Error says "Mobile Edition does not appear to be enabled. Switching to a web-based reader." and then it sends you to a Voltage website which downloads an un-openable file without an extension. No settings can be changed. Poor design and there are no alternatives provided by my insurance company. Will change my review if this issue is cleared up.

This app does not work. I am not able to open secure messages from my insurance company. Error message says "Mobile version does not appear to be enabled. Switching to a web-based reader." So when you click on OK, you assume it will then switch to a web-based reader, right? WRONG. It just opens to the last page opened in Chrome, with the "web-based reader" page nowhere in sight!

Can I give zero stars? Aetna requires this, for reading their emails (which are encrypted), but after installing twice, attempting to read the email attachment with MY HEALTH BENEFITS RELATED INFO, WHICH HAS A DEADLINE, this app keeps telling me: "The mobile application does not appear to be enabled". It then says it's switching me to a web based solution, but that fails to open the file.
