The app is the best app simple to use ,20 cedis is too activity a time to be online ,I think so , what I seen on the app again is, the is no update trip to another destinations , so when u request, u have to complete all your runs before ending it , it will calculates all runs together .it is simple peace of mind app. Download it prices are ok

Good App in terms of UI and I am still exploring .. As cloud system analyst, I check apps and advise. Can the developers fix the issue with confirm number before OTP is issued. The app should ask the driver to enter a valid number before he or she can proceed to receiveing an OTP..

My only add up that I will humbly suggest is that, Shaxi management should involve drivers and see how best to improve business up. Bolt app is messing up soo this is the best time to get drivers all switched over from other apps to shaxi. I am in lots of groups that my fellow drivers want other alternatives app to move to especially Shaxi. The 20 cedis deposit has to be also removed as it is with Uber
