I wish I read reviews before hand. I was charged $46, not the $1 as advertised. The platform has a delay discrepancy between the responses received on the app and text messages. Sometimes I received messages faster on the app, sometimes receiving texts was faster. it's frustrating to check multiple locations. It made the initial communication with the expert awkward and frustrating. The platform is a good concept but needs work. And the pricing needs to be clear, not misleading.

I can remember my access code, but for the life of me a can't remember the passcode..I had a TracFone for 5 years and it gave me not a single problem..when it got crushed ... I thought I'd buy another TracFone and get that same guality... all the other apps seem to be working fine...but when it comes to trying to get in my TracFone it says access ok.. get to password and it tells me invalid every time...I need to talk to someone one-on-one and show me how to do it...I'm not very cell savvy.i nee

I do my best to refrain from leaving negative reviews. Especially, for free tools that we are given to do our work. That being said, the functionality of this app is terrible. It was bad before. But, now I am missing messages and the app continues to freeze on the regular. Even the website itself has pages that are restricted for "testing of the new pay system". I joined as an expert last year and that has not changed. The company should hire more experts in the field of web development. Cheers
