The app was great when I usedbut But there there are issues. After not using the app for over a year. I uninstalled it and the day before the actual due date of the year Subscription. I did not have enough money to pay for it. in spite of that, I assumed it would be canceled. That was not the case when I went back and looked on Google Play. I had found that they were taking a payment out a day early now I canceled the Subscription subscription today.I'm hoping I'll get my money back.

Hi Jimmy. Since QBSE is also accessible online, uninstalling doesn't cancel a subscription. However, we're so glad you got it taken care of and canceled. If you really want to track your business mileage, you need to manually track your trips each time when using QB. The auto tracker is hit or miss. I just did over 100 business miles on 01/23/24 and it tracked none of it, even though the app signaled that it was auto tracking my trips. It did not. This happens from time to time, usually when it matters most, ironically. I will choose to manually track all of my business miles from now on. That feature seems to track correctly.

The only reason I gave 1 Star is I had to. Used to love this app, WAS very helpful. Now I can't even use it, for the 3rd month in a row, even though they are taking my money, it keeps telling me my subscription is expired. Sent support an email and the "solution" they provided me was to pay for it again, at full price when I am supposed to be getting 3 months at 50% off, and hopefully it would work and they would possibly refund me. Seems like theft to me. Not impressed.
