Very bad experience and really poor customer service as well. Been trying to foreclose a one been resolved. Been constantly, three to four times a day, recieving calls from them demanding an EMI payment which has already been made. Even after clearing up the issue with their customer service the calls continued. A very troublesome experience and not worth the effort.

I ordered a prepaid card through the app a few days ago but did not get a confirmation e-mail or SMS. Suddenly I received an SMS that my card was out for delivery. When I opened the package, I saw that the prepaid card was valid up to March 2025 which was less than a year from the order date. Also the transit wallet balance section of the app mentions that online recharge would be supported soon.

A major problem with this application. Install the application and login create account and set up for upi & bill payment. Uninstall it for some days now reinstall it, you can't login it again. It's showing a error your account has already logged in to another device. Please solve this issue 🙏. Now when you clone this app and login you successfully logged in but not verify your account to upi tnx. Kya app hay ay na idher ka na udher ka 😅 . Worsted full-time waste.
