Has a monopoly over the area, very expensive with zero other options. Also, forced into using a card for payments because for some reason it won't allow me to do it free through the bank account. Card getting used is also through that same account but there's a $2.50 charge. Interesting. Just another way to get more money from people. Corrupt company. I'll be bringing the topic of the power monopoly to the city to see how this can be changed. I'm tired of having no options.

App is better than the website... I have multiple bills to monitor and the app just lists them all across the top of the screen. The information is also easy to navigate. Same like the website, it shows your usage and compares it to a previous month or previous year. I prefer the app's way of laying out the information. From the home screen, here is the balance due, here is when it will be taken from the account, and lets throw in a usage alert if you are using too much.

love the easy of the app.... easy to pay bill, get updates on power restoration. sure beats sitting on hold listening to music that hurts the ears
